My journey began in 1997 when I did a weekend massage course and instantly knew this was my calling! Well, in all honesty, it was the beginning of a life long journey into the world of natural healing modalities. I have trained in a variety of massage therapies from Relaxation, Hawaiian , Hot Stone, Balinese, Remedial and Zen Thai Shiatsu. I am a Reiki Master and have studied Stone (crystal) Medicine healing protocols. I completed studies in Polarity Therapy, Sound Healing and Vibrational Tuning Forks. In 2023 I also became a certified Breathwork Facilitator. It’s been a fulfilling 28 years so far to say the least and all my studies have lead me to place of fine tuning my treatments and simplifying my offerings to where my heart lies. Currently I am a student of Homeopathy and this felt like the missing piece to my lifelong passion for health and healing. I have already completed a 6 mth practitioner course as a lead in to my 2 year certification as an Advanced Practitioner in Homeopathy. I am a dedicated student for life, always learning, evolving and expanding to continue to offer the best for myself and my clients.

This is an exciting time for health and wellness, people are finally realising on a large scale that the power lies within and we can truely heal ourselves with the help of so many amazing modalities that support the mind, body and soul!
